Carter looks absolutely awful, and the secondary looks like Swiss cheese… now in the second half, in addition to pass rush being non-existent, the run defense has collapsed as well. We can complain about the offense all we want, but without a defense that can make a stop at least every other series, this game is over :(

As I said, Bennett over throws Bowers, then instead of running for a possible 1st down, gets it knocked down. And then Ringo being abused like usual.
Carter is not in shape for this game it looks like.
Bennett misses Bowers running open and we do a 3 and out. They go down and score easily. This game is over.

The refs are overlooking obvious holding by OSU. But, there IS something off about UGA's defense, tonight. I haven't quite put my finger on what it is. Physicality, effort...whatever. somethings not right.
I don't think UGA is in any real danger of losing. But, it's not going to be nearly as big a win as it should be...mainly because the defense can't seem to get off the field. Everybody is having a bad game...and guys aren't backing up other guys or effectively communicating. That's very uncharacteristic of a UGA defense.
I'm sure Muschamp and Smart are scratching their heads right now...trying to figure out the same thing. Lol
