Love the Braves, doesn't look like their year. Any signs of life from this point on? HUGE POSITIVE!!
I thought the same in 21. Hope the Bravos pull out another one.
remember when the Braves fifth starter pitched a no hitter early in the 1993 season? Think it was Kent Mercker.
Five Aces indeed.
it was a combined no hitter
I think Merker did pitch a complete no hitter, but it was 94 not 93.
you’re right
I remember the one in '94. Dodger Stadium.
I think it's the last solo no hitter the Braves have had. And with pitch counts today maybe ever.
The combined one was from '91. Mercker 6IP Wohlers 2IP Pena 1IP.
Just not gonna be the Braves year this year. Strider now Acuna. Still a lot of season left but yeah they have gone from WS favorites to an underdog to even win the division.
Just God dont let the Phillies win.
The Phillies are good - good enough to beat the Dodgers in a playoff to get to the WS.
Hooping for a June swoon for the Phillies but don't see it happening.
Hope the Bravos are able to make the playoffs. Always been a fan of Adam Duvall, but he's not an everyday outfielder anymore. We don't have a lot, besides pitching, down on the farm, and any kind of swoon by the Phillies is unlikely.
Hers hoping AA can pull a couple of rabbits out of his hat this year, but this team looks destined for 2nd place in the division.
Agree and I'm hoping that is good enough to make the playoffs.
Making the playoffs fron second place in our division is a legitimate concern. Looking at the batting averages up and down the Braves lineup is very concerning. Very inconsistent.
Pitiful…
Love the Braves… just doesn’t look like their year this season. It’s tough, but they’ll be back.
Will always be a Braves fan, I was one of the faithful 5000, even before Ted bought the team. Arrested development at the moment. This season's coaching staff is just not bringing the message like Mr. Washington and EY.
