I host 20-30 people every weekend and part of what I love is developing a menu, making everything, and then watching it all disappear.

I do a lot of prep Friday night so Saturday I'm just throwing stuff in the oven or on the grill during commercials.

    Staples:

    • Wings (Purchased @ Publix - too hard to make enough myself)
    • Burgers/Sliders
    • BLT Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Sliders
    • Kielbasa and/or Andoille Smoked Sausage (grilled)
    • Pork Butt / Pulled Pork (start Friday night - 18 hour smoke)
    • Corn Dogs
    • Fries (Curly or Shoestring)

    Specialties:

    • Spicy Italian crescent ring (google the Pillsbury recipe, use Olive Garden Italian Dressing)
    • Chicken & Waffle Bites w syrup
    • Paninis // Flavors: Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Pesto Chicken, Pizza
    • Buffalo Chicken Dip
    • Pizza Dip
    • Egg Rolls (homemade) while not football food are salty & easily handheld
    • Bacon-Wrapped Steak Bites
    • Bacon-Wrapped Jalepeno Poppers w cream cheese
    • Doughnut & Strawberry Skewers (homemade, using Pillsbury biscuits)

Need any advice or recipes, I'm always happy to share.
