Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Holtman’s in Cincinnati makes the best donuts I’ve eaten. They’re reknowned for a maple glazed bacon donut, which isn’t my favorite, but their other choices are phenomenal. No crazy flavors or styles, just good old fashioned cake and glazed donuts!
Wai, wai, wai, wai, wai, wait... A "maple glazed bacon" donut is not a crazy flavor or style? 😜
Definitely gotta be Krispy Kreme
Kasey -
doughnut plant in NYC is awesome. Just to let you know, there is a KK factory store in JC now - just take the path over to grove and right out front.
From another NY/NJ Dawg!
Ooh thanks for the heads up
Spudnuts are pretty good

Ha...I thought about that after I posted! I meant more like Jupiter Donuts in Florida. They have Snickers donuts, Butterfinger, S’mores, Fruit Loops etc.; those are over the top!
But in Atlanta, I got to say that Sublime Donuts are amazing...strawberry and fresh cream donut and they have an orange glazed with vanilla cream inside.
Revolution Doughnuts on W College Ave in Decatur. If you before noon on the weekends, there will usually be a line out the door.
Personal favorite: the Crunchy Mister
Interesting I just read an article on the Reimann family that owns Krespy Kreme. or should I say Krespy Krauts ? Turns out the Reimanns had research done that confirms their ancestors who owned and ran the company in the NAZI era were ''good Germans'' who not only loved their Furor, they used **** labor both in their factories and in their homes and were apparently very abusive. The Reimann family spokesman said this pretty much confirms what the family thought, he then said they belonged in jail.
Albert Reimann, Sr. and Albert Reimann, Jr., the "good Germans" to whom you refer, died in 1954 and 1984, respectively.
Krispy Kreme was founded in 1937 by Vernon Rudolph, an American from Winston-Salem, NC, and the company remained in his family until 2016.
The first thing has nothing to do with the second, but it's not surprising CNN would try to conflate the two.
@AnotherDawg bringing it STRONG!
Put those magnificent investigative tools at work to see if the Ryman Auditorium (Grand Ole Opry winter site) has ties to NAZI Germany. Ryman - Reimann, huh? Huh?
I thought the Reimanns were famous for developing integrals.
