Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

cant read?
You tell me......I think this question is pretty straight? Try reading this: Do you believe none of what happened with the sorority is true?
C'mon dude. It's a 200 year old saying. "Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see." There's a reason it's stuck around for 200 years. Lots of truth in it. But you don't have to take it literally.
me to this thread
Not that it's applicable in any way, but I'm partial to "Who does #2 work for?!?"
It's just a simple question....forget any quote.....I don't speak in riddles.....Do you believe it or not.......Can you discuss and debate an issue....I don't see that here
I have offered all I can to the discussion. I'll bow out now and let you and @Raiderbeater1 go at it.
I don’t know what happened.
Neither do you.
So...you're not going to answer.......What a surprise....laughing
Me? Not sure what I have to answer to. Perhaps you meant that for @Raiderbeater1...
I really like this idea. Thanks for sharing.
Be careful Cali. I got a DV for liking the idea...
"They're not exaggerating in their view"!? Umm..... yes, they very much are. Tossing in the fact that he's throwing thousands of great people right under the bus, well I think that makes him pretty despicable.
Saturday cannot get here fast enough lol.
Then don't read the thread. It's pretty simple. It's been a very civil, polite, thought-provoking discussion among adults regarding the University and football program we all love. I don't think we need a mod to pass judgement at this point.
It's a ploy, nothing more. It worked for Justin Fields, so Ole Miss is following the same template. Welcome to 2020.
You may have touched on something. For those who are against the Portal, this would be one way to see it shrink to nothing over night.
Players can transfer wherever they want and receive immediate eligibility, but the team receiving the transferred player must compensate the former school for all out of pocket scholarship, housing, food, medical and recruiting expenses.
DV's in 3, 2 , 1!
I get what some are trying to convey on both sides of this argument. As a student for 5 years at the University of Georgia, someone who spent 3 years logging 70+ hours a week with the teams medical staff and S&C staff, and a fan before and a fan long after. The words and remarks by Reese were disappointing. I'm no longer there or in that capacity to objectively say what's going on now. But it was very recent in the grand scheme of things that I was and I saw absolutely none of what he is referring to other than the ACC police department doing exactly what others here have stated and it wasn't just to POC. I will say they seemed to target football players and I was never sure what their angle was with that and I'm not going to speculate. When I read his statement, I felt as if it targeted the university as a whole. Yes there are ignorant and racist students, I'm sure. I can't attest to this objectively, but I would imagine it's like that at a great number of schools and not just a certain race of people who hold racist thoughts in their minds and hearts. I hope we can all examine ourselves and our hearts in attempt to see everyone as equal. I'm not going to speculate as to why Reese said what he said or if it's true. Enough of that has been done. I wish him well, but what he said felt as if he was implying the university as a whole is that way both alumni and current students. That accusation is very serious to me and it was disappointing.
That being said, I hope things work out for him and the ultimate truth comes out and Go DAWGS!
Concur. Well said.
But it’s okay for you to pass judgement on me?
wasnt I civil? All I did was post a funny gif.
I specifically haven’t commented because I don’t want it to go off the rails as I disagree on it being civil. Maybe it’s been polite I suppose.
and I have to read everything to make sure it stays within the forum guidelines.
thanks for your contribution though.
