Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

You over estimate your importance.
cool
I think it has become like cheerleading here. I've decided they are almost useless. Usually, when somebody says something challenging or thought provoking on any side of a debate, it gets DVs. Some of the very best posts on DN have lots of DVs. Of course, sometimes people get DVs for being rude or inappropriate. I try not to worry about them.
Stop with the crying about DV's, once again asking nicely or do we want a time out.....you choose.....
Asking nicely once again.......
@JoelSidneyKelly love, love, LOVE this post!!! Real, genuine historical perspective that everyone has lived through hard times, and some more than others. I remember my parents (Korean War veteran dad) telling me that the WWII veterans and the citizens back home in the states were known as the “Greatest Generation” for all of the hardships that they endured I.e. - the Great Depression, and stopping Hitler in WWII, etc... makes me so grateful for those who have gone before us, while trying all the while to make things better for us too.
Praying for all of y’all for this to finally end, and the DAWGS to get back to doing what we all love. Seriously, I do pray about this COVID pandemic everyday, and aside from that take care of my wife and kids, and hope it’s not going to go on forever
Thanks for asking @dawggirl81 I am as close to 100% as I think I can be. Was free diving today for lobsters in 10-25 ft and breath hold felt solid. I am 11 days out from my first day with a fever, about 5 days without feeling significant symptoms.
This is awesome. Glad you were able to battle through. Inspiration for all of us.
Great news. Glad you are better.
This is relevant to the above post.
You're so welcome. Glad to hear you're better!
I have looked at the 7 day average of number of new people tested and show the trend for the last 14 days.
The total US tests have increased by 70k per day over the last 2 weeks. However the increase is all in the states that I am not tracking. The 10 on my "Hot List" have declined slightly.
Individual trends of note - Florida testing has steadily dropped from 65k a day to 53k. Texas has increased from 55k to 62k. Georgia has increased from 23k to 28k. Alabama has dropped from 11.5k to 8.4k.
The rate of New Cases as a percentage of New Tested differs markedly. The 70k additional tests in lower positive states drives the overall US average numbers down while the move in testing from Florida and Alabama (19-20%) to Georgia and Texas (12%) further skews the numbers.
Positive Rates are below.
Its a dog and pony show. Google is a huge donor to both parties. Nothing will come of this. They all probably went and had drinks after this meeting. Just another way to create content for clicks. Don't let them get you worked up.
I’m not. It was just another opportunity to share a Breitbart link for me.
